Where and what time is the meeting point?
We meet at Parque Colón (in front of Pizzarelli), Colonial Zone. Please arrive by 6:00 AM — estimated departure is 6:20 AM. Estimated return to the Colonial Zone is around 9:00 PM (subject to traffic and sea conditions).
What is included in the price?
Round-trip transport from the Colonial Zone, boat & catamaran transfers, entry to Palmilla (Natural Pool), traditional Creole lunch, open bar (national drinks), beach chairs, professional guides and staff, travel insurance, and applicable entrance fees and taxes.
Do I need to know how to swim? Is the tour suitable for children?
Swimming is optional — no swimming skills required. The tour is family-friendly and suitable for all ages; the minimum age is 3 years. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
What should I bring?
Swimsuit (wear under clothes), towel, water shoes or flip-flops, sunscreen, insect repellent, hat/cap, sunglasses, reusable water bottle (filled before departure), personal medication, light daypack, and cash for tips or extras.
What is the cancellation and weather policy?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable except in exceptional cases. The tour runs in light rain; in the event of severe weather or unsafe sea conditions we will offer a reschedule or full refund. For urgent changes, contact us as soon as possible.

L’esperienza marina molto bella e divertente. Domingo, la nostra guida, è stata davvero eccezionale: ha risposto a ogni domande e si è preso cura di noi in tutto. Inoltre parla benissimo l’inglese! Sicuramente molto consigliata.

Everything was beautiful and well-organized. The transportation was excellent, with a stop for breakfast and a bathroom break. The marine experience was beautiful and fun. Domingo, our guide, was truly exceptional: he answered every question and took care of us throughout. He also speaks excellent English! Definitely highly recommended.
